NIGCOMSAT 1
Nigeria reportedly signed in December 2004 a contract with CGWIC for the design, manufacture and launch of the NIGCOMSAT 1 (Nigerian Communication Satellite). It will be based on the chinese DFH-4 Bus and will feature 4 C-band, 18 Ku-band, 4 Ka-band, 2 L-band transponders.
The satellite was launched on 13.05.2007 on a CZ-3B booster.
13.05.2007 tarihinde fırlatılmış ve daha yörüngeye oturtma çalışmaları devam ediyor veya yörüngeye oturdu ve deneme yayınları yapılıyor olabilir.
kapsama alanına bakılırsa Türkiye'yi içerisine almadığı görülüyor
